1、平板拖車(chē)，拖車(chē)的車(chē)輪制動(dòng)器和制動(dòng)燈、轉(zhuǎn)向燈等配備徹底，并與牽引車(chē)的制動(dòng)器和燈光信號(hào)一同起作用。
2、行車(chē)前，應(yīng)檢查并承認(rèn)拖掛設(shè)備、制動(dòng)氣管、電纜接頭號(hào)聯(lián)接出-色，且輪胎氣壓符合規(guī)定。
3、拖車(chē)裝卸機(jī)械時(shí)，應(yīng)停在平坦堅(jiān)實(shí)處，輪胎應(yīng)制動(dòng)并用三角木楔緊。裝車(chē)時(shí)應(yīng)調(diào)整好機(jī)械在拖車(chē)板上的方位，到達(dá)各軸負(fù)荷分配合理。
4、 平板拖車(chē)的跳板應(yīng)堅(jiān)實(shí)，在裝卸履帶式起重機(jī)、挖掘機(jī)、壓路機(jī)時(shí)，跳板與地面夾角不該大于15°;在裝卸履帶式推土機(jī)、遷延機(jī)時(shí)夾角不該大于25°。裝卸車(chē)時(shí)應(yīng)有熟練的駕御人員操作，并應(yīng)由專(zhuān)人統(tǒng)一指揮。上、下車(chē)動(dòng)作應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，不得在跳板上調(diào)整方向。
5、平板拖車(chē)裝運(yùn)履帶式起重機(jī)，其起重臂應(yīng)拆短，使它不逾越機(jī)棚高點(diǎn)，起重臂向后，吊鉤不得安閑晃動(dòng)。拖車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)應(yīng)降低速度。
6、 推土機(jī)的鏟刀寬度逾越平板拖車(chē)寬度時(shí)，應(yīng)先撤消鏟刀后再裝運(yùn)。
7、 機(jī)械裝車(chē)后，各制動(dòng)器應(yīng)制動(dòng)住，各穩(wěn)妥設(shè)備應(yīng)鎖牢，履帶或車(chē)輪應(yīng)楔緊，并應(yīng)綁扎健壯。
8、 運(yùn)用隨車(chē)卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)裝卸物件時(shí)，應(yīng)有專(zhuān)人指揮，拖車(chē)應(yīng)制動(dòng)住，并應(yīng)將車(chē)輪楔緊。
9、 平板拖車(chē)停放地應(yīng)堅(jiān)實(shí)平坦。長(zhǎng)期停放或重車(chē)停放過(guò)夜時(shí)，應(yīng)將平板支起，輪胎不該承壓。

The handling of the vehicle shall be operated by skilled drivers and shall be directed by a special person. The movement of getting on and off the car shall be stable and the direction shall not be adjusted on the springboard.
5. When the flat trailer is used to ship crawler crane, its jib shall be removed short so that it can not exceed the height of the shed. The boom shall be backward and the hook shall not be sloshing freely. The trailer should be reduced in turning.
6. When the blade width of bulldozer exceeds the width of flat trailer, the blade shall be withdrawn before shipment.
7. After mechanical loading, each brake shall be controlled, each stable equipment shall be locked firmly, the track or wheel shall be wedged tightly and bound firmly.
8. When loading and unloading objects with the winch, special personnel shall be assigned to command, trailer shall be controlled and wheels shall be wedged tightly.
9. The parking space of flat trailer shall be solid and flat. When parking for a long time or overnight, the flat plate shall be supported and the tires shall not be under pressure.
